Billing Timing

  • Your payment is charged in full at the time of order confirmation.

  • Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully received.

Currency & Pricing

  • All prices on our website are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

  • The total amount charged at checkout includes all applicable taxes and fees.

  • We do not apply hidden charges. Your final amount is visible before you confirm the order.

Payment Processing

  • Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments, a trusted platform that operates under strict financial and data protection regulations.

  • Transactions typically process within a few minutes, though in some cases your bank may take 1–2 days to reflect the charge.

Failed Payments

  • If your payment is declined or fails, your order will not be confirmed.

  • You may retry the transaction or use a different payment method.

  • Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after a short period if payment is not completed.

Security & Compliance

  • All transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant systems.

  • Shopify Payments uses advanced fraud detection and secure tokenization to protect your payment information.

  • We never store your full card details on our servers.

Refunds & Chargebacks

  • For returns and refunds, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • In the case of a chargeback through your card provider, Shopify Payments will manage the dispute process in accordance with UK financial regulations.
