  • After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

After the Window

  • If your cancellation request is submitted after the 60-minute window, we may not be able to stop the order.

  • In this case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to start a return once your item is delivered.

Response Time

  • We aim to process cancellation requests within 2 hours during our business hours.

  • If your request is received outside our opening hours, we’ll review it as soon as we reopen.
