Ordering & Shipping

When will my order be processed?

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT+1) are handled the next business day.

How long does shipping take?

  • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–8 business days. Total delivery time is typically 4–11 business days from the time you place your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

  • Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. No minimum spend required.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

  • You can request a cancellation within 60 minutes of placing your order by emailing support@arevina.com. After that window, the order may already be processing or shipped.

Where do you ship to?

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Will I receive tracking information?

  • Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order via the "Order Tracking" page on our website.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

  • Yes. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn or used, as well as intimate apparel or hygiene-sensitive products.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

  • If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, you cover the return shipping. If the item is defective or damaged, Arevina covers the cost.

Do you offer exchanges?

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original for a refund.

When will I receive my refund?

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take up to 20 days to show the amount in your account.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept payments via Shopify Payments, which includes major credit and debit cards.

When will I be charged?

  • Your payment is processed in full at the time of order confirmation.

Is my payment information secure?

  • Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant systems via Shopify Payments. We do not store your full card details.

What happens if my payment fails?

  • If a payment fails, your order will not be confirmed. You can retry with another payment method or contact your card provider.
